How do I log in to my past orders?

Easily log in with the email used for your past order. Click here, enter your email, and a password code will be sent. Enter it to access your order history.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept multiple payment types including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, and Google Pay. Credit cards are charged at the time of order processing.

Is my payment information safe?

Your payment is securely processed through Shopify’s, a global leader in e-
commerce security, encrypted gateway. We never see or store your credit card details, so you can shop with confidence knowing your data is safe!

Do you have any stores?

We only have online shops with our website and social media stores. Follow
us to get the latest trends!

Where can I find answers to my questions?

Shipping & Orders

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, or 3-7 business days for our
clothing which is hand-printed in our shop. Digital product is instantly
downloaded. See our shipping policy.

Do you offer Gift Wrapping?

Jewelry does come in a gift box and gets special attention if a gift note is
added. We do not offer gift wrapping but you are able to send gifts directly
with a gift note you add at checkout. Receipts are never included.

Can I edit or cancel and order?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and therefore not able to be
changed once placed. If you do need to cancel or edit and order, please contact us as quickly as possible.

What if I put the wrong address?

I you put the wrong shipping address, contact us right away. We may be able to make that change if the order has not yet shipped. We do not refund orders based on incorrect information given at checkout and will not be able to redirect the post office.

Do you ship Internationally?

At this time we only ship to the US, Canada and Australia. International shipping time is normally 6-10 business days after handling time. Some countries track packages to your door, while others stop tracking at customs. We are not responsible for lost packages once they reach your country; please contact your local customs office for assistance. Contact us if any issues arise. Review our shipping policy.

How is your jewelry made?

We source materials, components, and handcraft designs in-house. Quality and safety are top priorities for us. All sterling silver materials and jewelry parts are sourced from reputable countries: United States, Thailand, and Italy, avoiding regions with known issues related to cadmium, lead, or poor regulations.

How should I care for my jewelry?

All of our jewelry is 925 solid sterling silver and will tarnish over time depending on how you care for it. Sterling silver will tarnish and the speed at which it does depends on product care, chemicals it comes in contact with and the environment in which it's stored. Do not leave silver in humid places. Here are several ways that work to polish silver.

  1. Dish soap and warm water for light tarnishing and to bring back shine.
  2. Sunshine Polishing Cloths to rub off tarnish is a quick easy method. These can be found on Amazon.

Digital Downloads

When will I get my Digital Downloads?

All digital products are available for instant download after checkout. Download links will appear on the order confirmation page and in your email. Contact us if you have any issues.

How do I print my digital products?

Detailed instructions are included with all digital products. You can print at home, use a USB copy at a local printer, or upload the file to an online printing service like Printful. Contact us if you need help.
